The intent of Audible Scene is to provide resources for anyone who is interested in music prodcution. My goal is to provide reviews, tutorials, free samples/sounds, and anything else that may help in music production. The resources provided will help anyone starting from the beginner, simply looking to make beats on the computer, to the more advanced.

what kind of machine (computer) you use and its specs (mainly CPU and sound card)
Also, are you a professional producer?

Hey Kevin. Up to this point, everything I’ve produced has been with an AMD 3500+ CPU and an M-Audio Audiophile 192 sound card. I was getting latency issues with the processor alone, but the sound card took care of that problem. As of now I’m in the process of changing my workstation over to a MacBook Pro, so I’m looking for an external audio interface that will work well with that. And production is just a hobby of mine, so I don’t think that constitutes professional status
